Renewing a listing is free and resets its expiry period to 90 days. You do not need a Pro subscription to renew.
How to renew
The quickest way is to use the checkboxes.
- Go to Menu, then Listings.
- Tick the checkbox to the left of the listing you want to renew. You can tick more than one.
- Click Renew in the bar that appears at the bottom of the page.
The expiry date updates immediately, and any listing that had expired returns to Active.
You can also renew a single listing from its own row menu. Click the three dots at the right-hand end of the row, then click Renew. On narrower screens you may need to scroll the table sideways to reach the three dots, which is why the checkboxes are usually quicker.
Renewing more than one listing at once
If you manage several listings, you do not need to renew them one at a time.
- Go to Menu, then Listings.
- Tick the checkbox beside each listing you want to renew. To select all of them at once, tick the checkbox in the header row at the top of the table.
- A bar appears at the bottom of the page showing how many you have selected. Click Renew.
Every selected listing is renewed together, and their expiry dates all reset to 90 days.
If you cannot see the listing you want to renew
The Listings page shows your active listings by default. Anything that has already expired is filtered out, so if a listing has lapsed it will not appear, and the page may even show "My Listings (0)".
To bring expired listings into view:
- Click Filters on the right.
- Scroll down to Listing Status and click the small × on the green "Active" tag to clear it.
- Click Apply Filters.
All of your listings will now show, including expired ones, and you can renew them as above.
Expiry and the 90-day rule
If a listing is not edited, updated or renewed every 90 days, it is removed from the site until you renew it. Editing or updating a listing also resets the 90 days, so you do not need to renew separately after making a change.
The Listings page shows an expiry countdown beside each listing's publish date, so you can see at a glance which ones are coming up. Listings that have already lapsed show as Expired once you have cleared the Active filter, and renewing one puts it straight back on the site.
