- Click Leads from the main dropdown menu.
This is your leads dashboard. From here you can see the email address, phone number and status of your leads.
- Leads can be filtered by the property address they inquired to, or by using the status filter.
- You can view details about the lead, including their original inquiries by clicking the View icon. Pro users have access to more detailed information about the leads' business and space requirements, as well as properties they have expressed interest in. Learn more about upgrading to Pro.
- Events can be added for a lead keep track of their activity. From the Lead Detail view, click "Add Event," select the event type, select the date for the event, optionally add notes for the event, and finally click "Create Event."
